Custom Design Building Pty Ltd was founded in 1992 by John Rosser, a well-known Master Builder. John had worked in the Sydney Home Improvement Industry for over a decade in a successful family run partnership with his father in the Northern Districts of Sydney.

John saw a need for a building company that specialises in a personalised custom approach with all aspects of home improvements, from the design process to construction, regardless of the scope of work, large or small.

With his immense knowledge of over thirty five years experience, the Custom Design Building approach to each project has achieved a benchmark of high quality with each project undertaken since the companies’ beginnings. Custom Design Building delivers quality workmanship, with attention to detail and completion of the work with a personalised approach.

The awarding of the prestigious Housing Industry Award for Best Home Renovation and Addition to Custom Design Building is industry proof of a building company that is regarded as the provider of services deserving of recognition for excellence.

Custom Design Building is also committed to sharing valuable knowledge and prides itself with the training of future tradesman, with four previous apprentices receiving the honour of NSW Apprentice of the Year, with one apprentice very proud to have won the HIA 2010 Australian Apprentice of the Year award.
